This completely remodeled slopeside condo is as luxurious as it is convenient. The living area is open with a remodeled kitchen complete with higher end appliances that that opens into the living area, which is anchored on the far wall by the massive stone gas log fireplace. The main level of this property includes two bedrooms and two baths with a queen in the downstairs master bedroom and a double-twin bunk combination in the downstairs guest room. Upstairs is the master suite with a queen bed as well. This property has a great seasonal view of the beginner slopes and has direct access to them as well. In the summer it has a tree-top view and year-round there’s the soothing sound of the rushing brook below.

This property sleeps a max of 7 people
Parking may be limited to one car, especially if there is a lot of snow. Additional parking is available in an overflow lot
The Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and silverware - perfect for light cooking
Bed and bath linens are provided: 2 sets of queen sheets, set of double sheets, and 1 set of sheets for the twin bunk. 12 bath towels are provided, as are 10 washcloths, 3 hand towels, and 3 bath mats.
The condo has a secure wifi network (code provided at check in)
There is a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience (detergent not provided)
This condo is less than 5 minutes by car to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants, and 10 minutes by car to the town of Banner Elk.

PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to pack for the weather and bring the right type of vehicle. Weather and road conditions change very quickly in the High Country. 4WD or AWD is highly recommended in the winter months.

I never leave reviews, but I am compelled to comment on my family’s recent stay at Bee Branch 23. The home is as nice or nicer than the pictures. Appears to be recently renovated and offers some very nice upgrades. One of the few places away from home, that I felt at home. Great location to the slopes.
