Holiday rates from 12/18/09 - 12/31/09 are offered as nightly rates only; no weekly rates available during this time. Any stay beginning or ending on a Saturday may incur extra charges unless the stay is for a month or longer.

An extra person charge of $8 per person per night may apply for any guest over rated occupancy. However, at no time may number of guests exceed maximum (sleeps) occupancy.
